Jail Ministry
Goal
To mobilize believers to have effective ministries to those who are behind bars by:
- Equipping believers to do effective jail ministries to share Jesus and disciple those in county or city jails.
- Offering spiritual and emotional/physical support to those coming out of jail.
- Giving support, encouragement and counsel to families of the incarcerated.
- Challenging churches to embrace this important way of serving.
- One of CE National's values is to be a catalyst for ministry to the overlooked. In every city or county there are jails. Who is reaching out to this group of unreached people?

John Boren, speaking in the Kosciusko County Jail.
John Boren is the chaplain of the Kosciusko County Jail Ministries, a member of Community Grace Brethren Church in Warsaw, Ind., and a man who is committed to serving God and others.
