Are you needing to "reach out and touch someone else in ministry," to find out what they are doing or be affirmed in what you are doing? Are you wanting to learn about different curriculum without having to commit to it? The CE National Leadership Summit for Youth Workers (both paid and non-paid) is the place to be. Here is a safe place to talk about anything relating to youth ministry.
Learn about doing a short-term missions trip around the world or around the corner. Hear testimonies of changed lives through youth ministry, parent ministries and Momentum youth conference.
Discover new ways to make youth group the one thing your students don't want to miss each week; how to connect with adults in the church; getting parents involved with their kids; keeping volunteers informed; strengthening student leadership/ownership; making the most of every outreach; and much more.
This summit offers time for engagement with other youth workers in your size church, sharing of ideas from the entire group and small groups for discussing timely issues.
The 2009 CE National Youth Leadership Summit saw close to 50 youth leaders come to the Russell Center in Winona Lake, Ind. Main speakers were Tim Eldred, from Christian Endeavor, Jim Swanson, Vice President of Student Affairs and Academic Services at Grace College, and Jim Brown, Senior Pastor of Grace Community Church in Goshen, Ind.
